Sorting and pre-viewing adoptable pups

As i was looking through adoptable pups today i though of this idea im sure many other have as well

It would be really cool and nice and time saving to be able to sort through adoptable pups like you use the search feature for wolves or in the trade center as well as be able to pre-view them.

I was looking though the adoptable pups and it was taking a while but I would like to be able to have sorted them by base tier, markings, gender, eye color whatever specific features you are looking for. In addition to this it would help to be able to pre-veiw the pups past the new side images. This way you could see all of the markings because as we all know sometimes with a wolf the marking opacity is so low you can't tell they have that marking much like my herbalist Crow, you can't tell from the image but he actually has black merle patches.

In order for my idea to get added to the game, I think the main thin that would have to be added is new coding, but still similar to the search features we already have.

No support of searching for anything appearance related but it would be nice to be able to filter it by gender, age high-low / low-high, and maybe stats high-low or low-high. Maybe even filter by clean heritage since their background is known. However, I don't like being given all the information and think it should stay that way.

I see a lot of people already using the adoption thing for quests and death instead of actually caring for the pups and that would only be doubled if they told you the pup's appearance.

Based on how the Giving Tree feature works on Lioden, I assume devs' original idea was to have adoption being some sort of 'blind box experience', where you adopt a pups just because they have an intriguing look and you discover what their genes are only after having adopted them. I think we are lucky enough to be able to see a headshot of the pup, stats, personality and heritage instead of nothing at all like on LD (or at least that was how the Giving Tree worked when I played).

I'm okay with a sex filter, but adding anything more complex will just turn the adoption center into a second TC and will turn adoption into a fight to filter T3 or T2 pups faster than anybody else. If you are looking for a specific marking or base, just use TC.

I think that yes, there should be a filter, but only for the stuff that we see on the page, like stats, gender, age and personality. It will definitely make finding pups that would fit into your pack easier, but by making the pup’s page visible, a lot of people will stay on the adoption page, constantly refreshing and searching for TIII pups with good lineages for cheap. 

So what I’m suggesting is that yes, a filter is a good idea, but to keep it simple, like only having the details that we can see on the pup’s profile card, like stats, gender, age and personality.

I don't think we should get any more info on the pups than we already have. I think that having to trawl through the adoption page for one you want is part of the experience.
