As the title states, now that mother bear is here. It's cool that we can have adopted children! But what about same sex couples who bred within the pack? Those puppies count as the other wolf's children right? I think that should be displayed in the other wolf's family tree! As well as wolves having, biological parents and adoptive parents being in the tree!

No support, sorry. Maybe a seperate area to see a wolf's adoptive pair for lore reasons. But not in the family tree. Since adoptive family has no influence on genetics, their's really no point to make the tree larger and zigzagging between families because a pup was adopted.
