Other household member started playing

I have been playing for awhile, I often forced my spouse to check out my wolves lol. He is now wanting to try and I'm just a bit worried about the accounts being frozen. He typically uses his phones data and I'm on the wifi not sure if that would make a difference. Anyone able to give me more information on something this? 

You need to open a modbox ticket explaining the situation and they will make an IP exception so that you and your spouse can have two accounts coming from the same IP address without the risk of being banned!
