i am not able to find how to fix my wolfs cough please help

You have to create a specific medicine called "Cough cure" in your herbalist page. Or you can use a Cure-it-All, that heal any type of illness

You can learn or create it in the herbalist page. If you don't have the necessary herbs to make it, remember that you can trade 3 other herbs of the same type for one of your choice at the bottom of your herbalist page.

You can also try your luck with buying one on TC or you can ask on certain threads that help out players that need medicines (IIRC it's called Wolvden Hospital or something like that)
