Be able to search "universal" decors in custom decors

Hi devs!

I was looking through the custom decors the other day, and I ran across something that I personally would find pretty useful. I think it would be nice if we were able to search decors that are listed as "Universal". For me personally, it would be a nice way to know that it would work for any of my wolves, regardless of stage/mutation. 

I'm not really sure how hard it would be to implement, but I am hoping it wouldn't be too difficult since they're already processed as "Universal" or "Stage Specific" when submitted.
