Liliah tilted her head slightly. The buck didn't seem to be as... Aggressive as most bucks she encountered. "There are wolves close by, I don't know if they would try to take you down." Her tail flicked behind her, streaming out as she admired the Ancient Stag. "I've had my fill today, and I have no reason to kill. I don't know about the others but I hold no threat to you in this time."

Polaris dipped her head to the wolf, both out of respect and as a thank you for not attacking on sight. While her head was down there she went for some blades of grass too. She had a hankering for weeds and herbs. Maybe she would go foraging later.

"I'll move on now, I've disturbed you enough. Perhaps I'll see you again, one day." Liliah swished her tail and dipped her head as well, turning and loping away. She began to head away from the strange wolves, hoping that there may be another place to go.

Scratch followed the scout, wanting to know more about this interesting scout.

Stealthily sneaking towards the forest, he wondered where she was going.

Polaris went back to grazing, graceful and majestic under the light of lunar essence. Later she loved on.

She sped through the forest. Her small leaps leaving a visible trail in the air. Until she finally came upon what she was looking for.

A clearing among the trees, the grass wasn’t too tall. This was perfect!

Being a deer, she can both see and smell most predators here.

So with that, she dipped her head back down to graze once more.

Amyia sped up, bounding over a fallen tree and continuing on the other side. As she neared a large entrance way to a nest. The scents of mice tracked in and out of it, and the shadows in the entrance paused. She lunged, killing one and picking it up to take with her. A snack for the journey.

The scout trotted along, following random paths away. She ended up at the border between her home and the forest. Moving along the side of the mountain, she stopped before reaching the scouts along the perimeter. Quickly eating her rodent, she cast a glance around her then up at the sky. She had felt eyes on her during the way back, and didn't want to bring any unwelcome visitors into the camp.

Vill cocked her head, watching the wolf run off and then the stag leave soon after. The ferret raced up a branch, running along the length before pausing right at the end. Would it be better to hang around the stag or follow the wolf? After a few seconds, the ferret dropped to the ground, racing along to find something to eat. Stag it is.

She continued grazing, once she felt fully safe, the stag settled down upon the soft grass. Polaris gazed at the sky, full of delightful stars and the oh-so-bright moon. She felt calm, the forest was quiet around her, all she could hear was the soft breeze, blowing through the surrounding trees, disturbing resting lunar essence and moving it.

Curiosity and Loris finally came to a stop at the water's edge. They'd have to cross the river soon, it wouldn't be so easy. This river was wide and strong, but there wasn't really any other viable way to get to the other side. Loris couldn't exactly swim so well in the rushing water so she would have to be the one carrying everything, including Loris, and swimming at the same time.

She HATED this part of the journey. It seemed such a short trip from the outside, but seemed so long once she was the one swimming along, lugging everything and everybody.
