Ways to level up all wolves and not just ones with roles!

I'm relatively new to the site, only been here for a few months so I dunno if this has been suggested before, but it would be really great to have ways to level up all wolves without necessarily giving them roles. Cause as far as I can see, you can only have one hunting party going out at a time so there really isn't much benefit to having more then five hunters, we can only have two scouts, one herbalist, and some pupsitters(I currently don't know how many cause I've only had three at once so far).

Pupsitters are really useless except for keeping pups alive cause the exp is so low that they rarely level up. It would be great if there was an option like scouting that we can send out our wolves without roles for them to gain exp so they can level up.

I support any and all suggestions for extra ways to get exp for our wolves!!
