even if the beginning workers don't have the proper stat distribution, it would be easy to get their pups started on the proper stat lines. If they are trained with best possible outcomes they get upwards of 60 stat points 100% into the stat of your choosing. On top of apprenticeship which granted doesn't give very many stats, but you still able to sway the stat distribution in your favor without worrying about level ups messing anything up. |
