Lessen the cooldown for new pair bonds

And wolves in real life if they loose their mate they search for a new mate to help care for the pups I support

i know this is an older suggestion but i support it. i personally find that it's a little too easy (yes, even with the popup warning) to accidentally pair the wrong wolves, then have to wait through two and a half heat cycles (in game: over a year) before the right pair can be put together.

as mentioned by others, this would NOT make the pup oversaturation issue worse because: 1) it would not effect breeding cooldown at all, 2) there is already a monthly pair bond breeding limit, and 3) females can already breed with studs and breeding males regardless of pb cooldown and monthly pb breeding limit. if this were an issue that the devs wanted to address, it would have to be through stud/breeding male limits and pack pup limits - it would have nothing to do with pb cooldowns.

however, i think there should be more complexity than just decreasing the cooldown. for example, maybe the baseline cooldown is only like 8 days, but there's an additional 12 days if the pair has already bred, +12 days if the wolf was in a prior pair bond, etc. maybe there could even be little "oops i messed up" conditions where the pair bond takes 2 hours to go through (in which time the pair cannot breed yet and if split does not activate the pb cooldown) and if one partner runs away then the pair is not split until the runaway is no longer reclaimable.
