Leveling up Hunters

Hello,

When you complete a scout and your wolf is able to level up the game tells you "This wolf can level up!" My suggestion is simply to add that to the hunters as well.

This would be nice for when youre waiting for a wolf to level before breeding them, then you can know right away that theyre ready to be leveled up and bred. Also you need to level them up before you complete the next hunt anyway, so it would be nice to have them leveled before the next hunt concludes.
