Personality-based buffs

I just think it would be interesting if the wolf personalities either provided a small buff to certain stats (like Natures do in Pokemon) or provided a few extra base proficiency points that would make them more suited to certain roles in a pack. Like, a Precise wolf would make a better Stalker, a Confident wolf for finishing etc.

I would love to see personalities have a small boost for certain roles. I know Lioden has nurturing den mothers able to protect extra Cubs so it doesn't seem like that far of a stretch to ask.

Besides dispositions fighting between each other, personalities are pretty pointless at the moment so I'd love to see them expanded on in any way shape or form
