add fishing, slots, and lottery to the cooldowns page

just like the title says!

i was originally just gonna suggest adding the cooldown for submitting fish, but then i realized having timers for when you can use the slot machine and when the lottery gets drawn would also be nice to have.

Support. Maybe they could even go seperate in their own 'minigames' table!
