New fishing strains/hour

What about a new gish strains that depends on the time of day and season? 

Like at night times a higher chances of a bigger fish but harder and takes some time to catch it also could be related to the natural season environments.. At least to be more challenging and more amazing to catch a different types at different day long time .. 

I'm a bit confused by this suggestion. Fish are already time/weather dependant?
