Matchmaking is one of two primary mechanics you can explore during this event.

Matchable Wolves

Your matchmaking agency can have a maximum of 10 wolves. You can view all of your current wolves on the Current Wolves tab!

Each wolf has associated traits, likes, and dislikes. You can view a wolf's traits by click on their name on the Current Wolves page, or by selecting their name in the dropdown on the Matching page.

You will be able to see at a glance how many dates the wolf has been on, which gender(s) they prefer, their base, eyes, and personality, as well as which category of each of these traits and gifts they prefer. These will be helpful with pairing them with the perfect match!

If you don't have any fitting wolves waiting to be matched, you can recruit new applicants into your agency!

Once an hour, you can click the Check for Applicants button on the Current Wolves page to receive on new applicant. If you don't already have ten wolves in your agency, you can accept this applicant to have a new wolf join the group.

You can also get new applicants through completing daily quests.

Applicants and matchable wolves are completely randomized.

Matching

Matching two wolves together can be a complicated process! Making sure that their preferences match as closely as possible will guarantee the largest reward for you.

Wolves you pair must have compatible gender preferences. For example, you may pick any gender to pair with Topher above, since Topher likes all genders, but the wolf must also have a preference for male wolves, since Topher is male. If you do not have any compatible wolves, none will appear in the dropdown, and you will have to recruit more to find a pair.

After you have selected two wolves, you will find their opinions listed in the middle of the page. These will help give you an idea of how the date might go.

If the opinion is red, it will provide -2 points during the date. If the opinion is green, it will provide +2 points during the date. If the opinion is yellow, it will provide +1 point during the date.

After you've confirmed the wolves' compatibility, you can send them on a date! Beforehand, though, you'll have to give the wolves each gifts to give to each other, as well as choose a biome for them to visit. Make sure that the gifts and the biome you picked correspond with each wolves' preferences!

The more matching preferences and shared interests, the better the date will go!

While you could spend your time pairing other wolves together, what if you want your own match? Luckily, Eranthis is here to help, by finding eligible dateables for you to meet!

You can start dating on the Dating page.

When you first start out, you will have three dating options. These are completely random and not based on the gender you choose in the introduction. But don't worry, you'll unlock more dateables later on!

There are a lot of dateables, and each have their own preferences! You can date around to figure out what everyone likes, and who you like the best!

Visiting a dateable wolf's page will reveal their information for you. Most of it will be unknown -- you'll have to date and gift them gifts in order to figure out their preferences!

You can take each wolf on a date once per day. You can also gift them a gift once per day. Doing so will raise or lower their affection meter with you depending on how it goes. You can view the wolf's affection meter underneath their portrait.

It's currently unknown what happens when you completely fill or deplete this affection meter.
