add minor animation (tail wagging, blinking,
other small, isolated movements) + 2  or 1 USD

add major animation (running,
other requests) + 10 or 4 USD

(accessories count as part of the pixel and won't
add extra charges, adding another character will double
the initial cost without charging extra for animation)
