What should I put down in the Modbox Ticket area for my sister wanting to make an account?

My sister wants to join but we share the same IP address and I don't know what to put down in the ticket area (the dropdown areas). I put down My Account and I want to request an IP Exception. I don't know if that's the right thing to put down or if I'm supposed to do something different??

Yeah, they're easy to get. My girlfriend just sent them a message saying explaining that she wanted an account but I already had one, and they got back to her with an IP exception really fast.
