Website Help

Hey there not sure if this is where this goes and such but I wanna make a online game like this (not how wolvden works but how the website works) and was wondering if I could get pointed in right direction? 

I am currently learning javascript and I know minimal amount of html and I was making a text rpg on discord so maybe I should stick with making a game on discord then move to website?
