Help with creating my new stud

Hiya, this is Hound! Future stud and Herbalist.

I need help with giving him the selene base (plus the nose, claws, skin and potentially the eyes)
Just might be accepting lunar decors too!
I plan on making him as CHEAP as I can, but not too much since,, the base is rare.

5 Lunar tears - 1 Refunded breeding (so for example if a lunar weasel costs 35 lt, you would get 7 refunded breedings for Hound)

Applicators needed:
Nose/Claw/skin applicator: 20 Refunded breedings for one of them
Eye applicator: 50 Refunded breedings for one of them (let's be honest if you count normally it wouldn't be 50 or 20, I just decided that it's the good price for that)
Base applicator: ∞ Refunded breedings

Decors needed:
Any of the special biome decors - Refunded breedings looking at the cost
Any of the special biome background decors - Refunded breedings looking at the cost
