Easier to get essence or slightly faster energy regen

Many others and I have noticed that it is quite hard to get the lunar essence. My suggestion is either make essence slightly easier to get while exploring, which I can see the problem in that players can get too much essence and get way more lunar tears, or make the energy regen a little faster, or have more energy in the bar, for example, instead of 100% maybe 150-160% energy fullness for when events happen.

Also with the essence, the biomes have different amounts/luck for getting some, for example, the prairie has a higher chance for more essence than say the mountains I was wondering if that was intentional or it's unbalanced.
