I finally managed to nab a Lunar event eye applicator! If I equipped it to one of my current pregnant females, would it apply to the genetics of their litters? Essentially, I can’t remember if offspring in this game are generated at conception or at birth whoops

They are generated at conception, so you'll want to apply it to a wolf who isn't pregnant yet.
