TO NOTE--- the server will be 15+, but I'm looking for staff 17+. If you happen to demonstrate a lot of mature qualities and the ability to moderate well, then I'll consider! But I thought I should specify dljfshdshgs
Hi there. I'm currently looking for some staff members to help me with bringing my homebrew dnd server to fruition. I'm currently admin of an active warrior cat community that has been active for going on four years this year, so I'm very versed and experienced as an admin. I would bring over the staff from that server to this server, however, they are all individuals who are currently in school, and they do a ton of work for my warrior cat server already. I would hate to have them spread themselves too think for my sake.
I admire individuals who are willing to take constructive criticism, and also dish out tons of ideas, as well as be willing to also give me some constructive criticism. Some people who are comfortable in large groups, under a teensy bit of pressure (I don't like anyone being under real pressure hfdsgjshdfgls), who know the best time to be professional and when to goof off, etc etc.
A bit about the server is that it will utilize experience points, npcs (that will be narrated by those with the narrator role or by staff), the ability to write as dragons and as normal dnd 5e races (as available in the Players Handbook). It will be based in an Adventurer's Guild, featuring missing person's boards, wanted criminals boards, etc etc. The server itself will have be an application only process, as it will require literacy and have a minimum word count.
Essentially... think Pokemon Mystery Dungeon meets DND 5e.
