What are the canine fangs used for?

i was wondering what the canine fangs could possibly be used for, as they don't seem to be a toy, and it says they have 1 use.

You likely got them as a trophy when fighting some variety of canine. They are currently used in crafting the fox eye and fox base applicators.

how do you get the recipe for those, or where can you craft them at?

The recipes are a rare drop from fighting foxes - you can also find them in the trading center. Once you get the recipe and learn it (by finding it in your hoard, clicking on it, and pressing Use), you'll be able to craft them in the Crafting tab of your Hoard.

The fox base requires:
5x Fox Pelt [Red], 10x Fox Tail [Red], 1x Fox Skull, 20x Canine Claw, 20x Canine Fang

and fox eyes requires:
3x Fox Pelt [Gray], 5x Fox Tail [Gray], 2x Fox Skull, 10x Canine Claw, 10x Canine Fang
