I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety and ADHD. It's an interesting mix, to say the least. Currently off my ADHD meds until I can get established with a new doctor, so it's been rough this past month. Nothing seems to get done and executive dysfunction is at an all-time high.

@Lexy, I can imagine! anti-depressants and ADHD meds do not go great together which clearly can also bring about tough decisions.

I’ve never had any meds so my anxiety isn’t any better than it’s ever been. It’s worse rn bc my ex bff is still mad about an arguement I thought we resolved and she says it’s best to not be friends anymore.

@Doodledog, sometimes meds don't do enough either. I have meds but because of COVID, my anxiety spiked, plus my aunt is dying, so it only exacerbated things. So I have anxiety attacks much more often than before COVID despite being on the same dosage of the same meds. But hey, if she is still mad then maybe it's for the best.
