Breeding male pair bond

You should be able to pair your breeding male right? But he doesn't show up in the list of eligible wolves, am i doing something wrong? 

Your breeding male's counter says he has only been in your pack for 2 rollovers. He'll need to be in the pack for 7 before he can be paired with someone. 

Oh thank you, totally forgot about that rule for a sec. I'm just stupid :')
