Adolescent Age Up Without Enough Space

Adolescent Age Up Without Enough Space

Like a ditz, I bred multiple wolves on the same day. So I have a bunch of pups growing up at the same time. There are some I am keeping, and I was going to chase the rest once they were grown. However, I don't have quite enough space in my pack for all of them. So I was wondering... Does it let you chose which ones stay and which ones leave due to lack of space or is it random?

If it is random, I feel like I have heard that you can get them back by paying a fee, how much is that fee?

You can't choose which one to keep when they age up. IIRC, the game makes them all flee your pack (even if you have some territory slots open for some of them) and you'll have to reclaim them with SC. Each wolf will costs you 100 sc to reclaim and you'll have a limited time (4 days?) after which they will be deleted from the game.

I suggest you chase the ones you are not interested in so that you will have space for the ones you are planning to keep (and you'll save sc too since you won't need to reclaim them)

I believe having them all leave was a bug (I seem to recall seeing a bug report about it). But yes, which ones leave is randomized. If you really want to let the ones you're not keeping age into adults so they can join the chase pool, you may be able to find some people on the forums who will take them and chase them for you after they age up. I know some of the raise and chase groups will help each other out with that.

Thank you very much for the information! I suppose I will chase them. I was thinking for lore purposes my pack wouldn't chase babies away, but if I chase them the day before they age up that will still be okay--they could have left a little early together.

They aren't anything special, so they don't really have to go to the chase pool. All are T1 with a random amount of markings. I just prefer to think of it as them leaving to go find their own place in the world instead of my pack abandoning puppies because I am weird and get attached to pixels.

Makes sense! I don't like to chase mine before adulthood either, for the same reason.
