Raccoon Wares in Explore?

It's just a thought, but perhaps add an encounter to explore where there is a chance you can run across the raccoon in any of the biomes. The raccoon could then offer you a random biome exclusive shop item to purchase?

I know you can move territories to access all the shops, but say you are moving for 1 specific item, all that effort hunting wolves only to want to move again for another item. 

It's just an extra little opportunity to obtain the biome exclusive shop items? 

Or even add a battle encounter with the raccoon, and his trophy drops could be the biome exclusive items?

Support! I think this would make it more fun to explore all the different areas for the chance to get new stuff rather than sticking to the ones you are more familiar with. Maybe it could even give you a [very small] discount? Like if you happen to find the encounter it would let you buy a background for 950 SC instead of the full 1000SC price? 

I also REALLY would love to see racoon battles with shop drops! That sounds really cool! Trophy drops are already super rare so I don't think it would cause an issue for the economy
