Logging in, says my username doesn't exist

So I just recently got a new computer and tried to log into Wolvden from it but it says an account with that username doesn't exist? I've tried my member name (RädisigtTräd), the name of my lead wolf and even my gmail address but none of them work and every time it keeps saying that no account with that username exists. If it helps I'm currently on a Mac and the new computer is a Windows. Is it because of the ä letters, something unknown or am I being an idiot and doing it wrong?

The username to log into the site is different from the name displayed onsight. So my onsite name is Rum, but the username I use to log in is not Rum. Are you sure you didn't sign up with a username that is different from your display name (or as the site calls it member name)?

Is there a way to find that name somewhere on the site? Because I sure as hell don't remember using any other name than the ones I've already tried.

If you log out and then choose the 'lost site information' from the main page (in yellow), it gives you the option to retrieve/change your username, otherwise I can't find any info to find it onsite.
