Gaining Stats with a scout?

I'm in need of some tips on gaining tips with my scouts.

One of them is my breeding male and I'd really like for him to gain stats quicker.

Currently I have him rescouting constantly but have hit a brick wall at his current level.

What can I do to either A.) Gain stats quicker. or B.) Gain experience quicker.

I'm afraid scouting is the faster way to gain stats and levels.

If you are already rescouting the challenging biomes, that gives you lots of exp compared to other biomes, I don't think there is much you can do if not insist and be patient.

I know that hunting in challenging biomes gives you a lot of exp too, but that would require you to make your breeding male a hunter, move the pack to Glacier or Rainforest and be okay with getting only hunt critter preys from your party (since hunting there requires very high stats that most wolves on the site don't have). But I don't know if it's a faster method than scouting...
