Allow more options for offers on the TC / 'Minimum offers'

My suggestion is this: Allow users to allow offers....but more options for what they will accept. 
>Can Accept Items Y or N

> Minimum GC / SC value accepted

>Accept Wolves? Y or N? 

I think it would be a nice feature. It's no surprise that there are lowballs or just that you don't want items or wolves. Many times, you'll see people on trades say "only looking at currency". I think this would streamline a lot of the functionality of the TC and make it easier for buyers & sellers.
