Can't get my stud slots to refresh

For some odd reason, the entire time I've had my account, I have not been able to refresh my stud slots. I can click the + but nothing happens, no number shows in the bar, I can physically type a number in the bar, nothing happens. 

I'm starting to get irritated as I have a stud currently that has been stuck at 15/15 for two weeks and I'd like to use him....

I don't know if anyone has any suggestions as to how to fix this issue, or tell me if I'm doing something wrong. At this point I'm desperate lol

15/15 slots means they have all 15 breeding slots available, the number will go down when they receive a request.

You can only refresh stud slots when they've been used by others (i.e., numbers will show when you have less than 15 slots). This is outside stud, meaning that it's for other people to breed to your male. You can't "use" those slots yourself per say. 

To gather attention, you should have a thread advertising your stud in this subforum. There are also threads like these that you should consider listing in since you have a mel stud. You can also advertise in the sales section of the chat box every 10 minutes.

Oh my God I am so embarrassed, I'm so used to seeing things as full when the slots are 15/15, but I guess it's opposite here. Thank you guys, I definitely will do that lol I appreciate the help, I can't believe I didn't catch that 🤦‍♀️ 

I've advertised previous studs and didn't really catch that either, that's funny
