Nah that's not necessary I'll pay the 100sc

I'd like it to have a tier II base 

Lilac or Russet preferred but any Tier II base will do.

I like light colored eyes and markings that go well with the base. White and cream are some I tend to constantly use.

It doesn't have to have full markings I'd actually prefer if it had a few unused for me to use some RMAs 

I don't know if this is enough information or not so just let me know.
