Pair bonding quest?

My account is over 50 rollovers old, I have completed ALL of Tala's basic quests (including The Next Generation), and I have more than one adult male and adult female wolf in my pack...and yet, there is no pair bonding quest under the questing snake, or in my breeding tab. Am I missing something? Is this a bug? Do I just need to wait longer?

Kinda feel awkward asking but I feel like if I just wait it out chances are good I'll never get the quest...

hmm;; hopefully somebody can confirm but I think for the quest to be triggered you need to have had 30 rollovers, not your account be over 30 days old?

there is a difference in this, as your account only progresses if you rollover. a rollover is classified by logging on, getting the rollover page with the cute puppy, pressing the green button, and then your account updates to be a "new day". as you probably know, your account doesn't update unless you log on. otherwise, you account stays how it was prior, in stasis, essentially.

your lead wolf is still pretty young, he was made on the same day as you joined. so I'm kinda thinking that the reason why the quest hasn't been triggered is because you haven't rolled over 30 times? 1 year in wolvden is.. 24 rollovers? so you've had a little under 30, give or take.

maybe somebody can confirm. but I have a suspicion its rollover based and not based on days.

ETA. I just dug up the news post and it says this:
After precisely 30 rollovers of gameplay time after you signed up, and the completion of the quest 'The Next Generation', a new quest will be available for you in the Questing area: A Pair of Lovers. This is a brand new quest brought to you by Tala that will introduce a new game mechanic for you!

so yes, its 30 rollovers, not 30 days. I'd imagine the quest should pop up for you within the next week? you should be pretty close!

That's fair, but I was counting my account age IN rollovers; my lead is 53 rollovers old, which should mean over 30 rollovers in gameplay, I thought?

53 - 24 = 29

^{since, 1 year old in WD is 24 rollovers (your wolf ages half a month each rollover). so 12 x 2 = 24}
