Can you pay someone to scout your wolf and return it later?

So I have this question as coming from lioden I know some sales aren't allowed. Liiden Moderators prefer not to get involved if someone doesn't keep a bargain or sells your lion/wolf user responsibility.

Can you pay someone SC/GC to scout a wolf of yours(send return wolf in private trade) repeatedly and return it to you after agreed upon time/date?

(Example I pay Kevin player#2 to take a wolf from me player #1, scout said wolf for a week, then return wolf to player #1)

I'm sure it's not really against TOS or anything, but it's a really risky deal, and I doubt the mods would help if anything goes wrong, because they'll just see it as whoever has the wolf now from buying even a refunded trade rightfully owns the wolf, even if there was an agreement in the trade that the wolf must be sent back. Then again, I may be wrong and the mods might step in if modboxed, but again I highly doubt it. In the end, I wouldn't risk it! 

I've seen people doing this, and similar things (like paying someone to pupsit for you) on the forums, so I assume it's at least not against the rules. The Stockpile rules contain the following:

Once you sell an asset to someone, it's theirs to do with as they please.  The asset is no longer under your possession and you cannot demand they return it or refund/reimburse you.  Wolvden's staff team will not assist you if you're having buyer's or seller's remorse.  Think deals through carefully before you complete them, and make sure to always use the official Trading Center to conduct transactions safely.

So I think it's allowed, but if the other person doesn't hold up their end of the bargain the mods won't help you out.
