Proficiency in Breeding

Proficiency Playing a Part in Breeding.

 I believe that if we're going to have Proficiency, it should show more than just a individual wolves capabilities, and instead should relate to the chances of certain stat increases during breeding. For example, you have 2 100% Herbalist wolves about to breed (assuming you used a outside stud for example). These 2 should have a much better chance at passing on a high statted Smarts/Wisdom pup then say a 50% Prof Herbalist paired with a 100% Prof Scout. 

So our breeding stats as a base would remain the same, but if you breed two 100% Herbalist then you'd get a (again, example) 10% boost to that litters wisdom and smarts stats. You breed two 100% Scouts, they're going to get a boost to that litters highest single stat, etc. This would make breeding harder, you'd have more to consider, which opens up more market avenues and breeding paths for people to take. Thus, leveling the markets playing field even further.
