Increasing Party Synergy?

I’ve dug through all the guides and paired up the most compatible wolves for my hunting parties that I can based on personalities, give them the most suitable roles based on their stats, everything. But my party synergy is still at 0% - I think I had a higher synergy when one of my wolves clashed with the others at 2-3%. 

Is there something I’m missing for increasing party synergy? Does having a party together longer and go on more hunts together increase synergy?

party synergy is increased via hunting, however it decreases every rollover. so for instance, if you didn't send those wolves out to hunt for a couple of days, their synergy would decrease. if their synergy wasn't very high to begin with, it may decrease back to 0.

Also, everytime you edit your party, synergy drops. So if you made lots of changes, adding and removing wolves to see if you got better synergy, you unfortunatly got the opposite effect and made synergy drop.

Try to keep always the same wolves in the party, send them hunting often and everyday and your synergy will surely grow.

Party synergy grows in the party regardless of what wolves are in the party. It grows based hunting, so for every hunt you get 1%-2% hunting synergy. However, every change you make to your party costs 14% synergy.
