Cooldown on sending Stud Requests

Yeah, I agree with this. I'd make the wait time an hour or two though, to give scouts time to recover before breeding. As a lot of breeding males are scouts. The whole last day of heat objection is ridiculous. You have a whole day to pick a stud, an hour or two cool down for that females request, would not hurt. If it's still a legit concern, msg them first.
