Is there anywhere I can find information about how long each season lasts, the season's effects on gameplay, etc? I saw someone mention that it would be wise for players to focus on building good hunting parties before winter and was hoping to find info.

You can find the length of the current season on the cooldowns page, which you can find when clicking on the arrow next to you name;

Info about seasons effecting stuff can be found in their respective guide pages, like here for hunting under the header "
How to Hunt Successfully". The survival change of pups is also effected by season, that can be found here under the section "Pupsitting and Pup Survival". You need to scroll a bit to find it

Thanks so much for that, Sput! Yeah we don’t have a general area where all season info will be, but that’s definitely something we can consider! The most important things to remember are that pups have lower survival chances if they’re born in the Winter and higher chances if they’re born in the Spring, and hunting is more difficult in the Winter. However, none of us grouse house members really recall winter being difficult enough that we needed to prepare for it, especially since our packs were pretty fleshed out by the time winter came.

Thank you both for your input! A seasons guide would be great but this will be enough in the meantime!
