"Good, 'cause I don't want my pack worrying in case I don't make it back by dawn." Branch followed not too far behind. I wonder what this threat even is.. I'm sure it's not as bad as what Dreamurr made it to be. She'd sigh quietly to herself, staying vigilant. Starling, GO Camp In the large cave, there were quite a few wolves resting. A tricolored wolf was resting near the front, and her head perked up at the approaching pawsteps. "This is Permafrost, one of our fastest wolves! Then there's Magma, and uncle Sparrow, and-" Starling kept barking out names as she happily introduced all the wolves in that cave to Arien. Magma wasn't having it however, and nipped at Starling's face, nicking her nose and making the nightshade she wolf jump back. "Some of us are trying to sleep." The red pelted wolf let a low warning growl. Starling let out a guilty chuckle, turning to Arien. "Anyways, this is where we keep our most skilled wolves in the pack in case of a camp raid, so they are our front line defense basically." She then ushered her friend to a cave much further away, one with a small entrance that lead underground. |

I'll probably be a long while before I return, and I'll jump back into roleplaying when I do. See everyone around. Edit: I think I'm going to leave this rp group. There's lots of pages and a lot of people - I don't think I can handle this rp and my other projects all at once. Have a good rp everyone.) |

Blizzard suppressed a shiver as a sharp breeze hit him. The sparse trees not doing any good to shielding him from the cold. He turned to see his hunting party still sniffing the air in an attempt to find a scent trail. Blizzard parted his jaws as he sniffed the air. An aroma of pine and the sharp scent of the river filled the air, but through all this he could taste a trace of carribou in the distance. "Hey!" He called to his packmates, turning his head to look at them. "What is it? You got something?" His mate, Snowdrop, responded from a few tail-lengths away. Blizzard nodded, using his tail to point north towards the small hills. From there, the pine trees begin to thicken, so it would be perfect for them. Blizzard started towards to hills, his stalker, Frost, pullling up ahead of him. Blizzard new they were closing in on the prey, the thick undergrowth covered with thick snow. This was perfect for them, the wolves in his pack all had coats of white or shades of grey; and occasionally light browns. Just to be sure, Blizzard sniffed the air just one more time, and instead of carribou, the air filled with the scent of wolf. |
