How do you get higher tiers?

Title is self explanatory, but I was wondering how to get high tiers? Can you breed them?

You can get Tier II through the base changer in the grove, you can also find them on NBW wolves when exploring starting at level 10 you have the chance to find chased wolves, I found a Tier II, so it's possible. Ummm You can also breed for them! If you have a Tier I girl and pick out a Tier II studs there's like a 25% chance you can get a tier II child! 

Right now I think the only Tier III you can get is the fox base through a recipe craft but you can also breed that similarly, but the chance of producing a Tier III by breeding a tier I girl to a Tier III stud is very low.

Breeding tier 1 to tier 2 is a 10% chance of tier 2s :). If you breed two t2s together you have a 40% chance of T2 pups. 

For tier 3s it looks like breeding fox to a warm base wolf might have higher chances of having T3 pups? Don't take my word for it tho lol. Otherwise it's a 1% chance listed by the guides for breeding a tier 1 or a tier 2 to a tier 3.
