Reporting a small bug?

Not sure if this is the right place to post but I found a bug 

It use to say consumes 1-2 uses but now it says all 9?

not sure where to go to report this 

Unless I'm severely misunderstanding what you're trying to show... that looks normal? Your deer carcass has 9 uses left. You can use it to feed Witch Doctor, but they are at 80% hunger, so they only need 2 uses to be full. If you press "use item" right now, when it says "consume 9", it will only take 2.

But either way, if you want to report a bug, there's a link either on the very bottom of the page (based on your screenshot site layout) or on the left bar, when your wolf info is shown on the left.

Yeah I found it after I posted this 😂 it use to say “consumes (1 or 2) amount” when I did it before so I found it odd it said all 9

Mars is right, the right selection allows you to chose how much of this particular item you'd like to use up. For example, some amusement items are used in crafting. You can use that dropdown to limit how many uses of that item you'd like to, well, use. (E.g. only use 4 out of 5 uses of the Dry Bone.) After that you'll have both 4 amusement uses and one use left for crafting.
