Locating a Decor - Found !

Currently in search of the heatwave decor! I can't seem to find it anywhere, I even moved to to desert in hopes of obtaining it - any ideas?

There's one in the Trading Center!

I think you just have to wait until the weather is heatwave unfortunately :/
One the weather is right, you can just buy it in the Raccoon's Shop

Good news is that it should be much more common in the desert than elsewhere!
