I'm currently gifting everyone i haven't yet on this list (including the ones who've already reached 100 gifts received).

Edit: currently have gifted all those listed under not having received 100 gifts (some i have noticed on their profiles that they have already received 100 gifts, because they had it listed, but haven't posted they've received them), and I'm up to ↞ Starlight ↠ for gifting ones that have already received 100 gifts, although there are 2 I've already gifted (that would be Litten & Maybe).
