Ability to toggle injury/illness images

The ability to choose whether or not to display the images for ill or injured wolves would make the game more accessible to players with triggers or phobias. Some people may find the images distressing and would like to be able to choose not to see them.

A toggle so you can choose whether or not to have the images would be helpful.
