Add a Confirmation Step to special items and wolf tasks

On mobile it is WAY too easy to accidentally apply applicators and specials use items on the wrong wolf when trying to select the drop down due to the applybutton being directly next to the drop down. 

Also there have been many times when I've mindlessly sent pregnant wolves or to forage or hunt, where if I'd had a Confirmation window I could have caught the error before rollover.

Just some thoughts. :)
