250SC sounds a little low to me for #17, she hasn't been available very long and she's got higher stats and a fancier base coat, but I'd be happy with 300SC for #21.  They both have trades listed currently here: wolvden.com and here: wolvden.com if you want to throw out offers. The more time that passes the less I'm willing to take. :)
