Add a little bit of lenience on hunger-based nursing pup penalties for female lead wolves

Multiple times, while my lead wolf has been nursing her puppies, I've realized that they've suffered survival penalties because my lead wolf's hunger was not full at rollover. Every single time, it seems like her hunger has been 98% or 99%, the single percentages being lost from explore encounters.

I'd really like a bit of lenience for lead wolves nursing puppies. Since they don't have the additional mood that could cancel out the penalty like normal pack members do, this feature seems a bit punishing, especially considering how easily lead wolves can lose hunger while exploring. Oftentimes, I also don't want to feed my lead wolf an entire use of food when she's only missing 1% of hunger. Other times, I explore right before rollover, and don't have the time or resources to restore the missing 1 or 2%.

My proposal is that the nursing puppies will not suffer survival penalties if the lead wolf is only missing 1-5% hunger points. This way, my lead wolf, at 99% hunger, will not cost her puppies an 8% survival penalty. I don't think that this would be too difficult to achieve from a development standpoint. Thanks for considering! <3
