New disease within my pack

my wolf has diarrhea and it says she has an undiagnosed illness. Without the herbalist, what should I do? Should a healing salve fix it?

Have you completed the quest line for the herbalist? A healing salve sadly wont fix it, you'll need the medicine specific for the disease the wolf has.
