Taiga only giving critters (anyone else having this issue) (SOLVED)

I'm unsure if this is a bug (if it is ill make a report), but i just want to know if anyone else is only getting critters from the taiga biome?
(My pack is 100% on everything) but i'm only getting critters and thats all for the past week.

I know of one other person who was only getting critters in taiga.

Your hunters' stats are too low for the taiga. We don't know what the number is to be get larger scent trails.

You can do well with NBW hunters in the medium biomes.
