Haha for the Call of Cthulhu TRPG the most used (maybe) dice is d100,and the most terrible fail is d100＝100, just like d20＝1(as you draw) in the DND TRPG!

And the d100 contains 2 dices, each one has 10 faces(?), for a d100＝100 It's one shows 0 and another shows 00 

(forgive me my English is poor to describe that ^ ^;)

Oooooh!! I see! Absolutely can do that! I would charge a bit extra for different dice since I'd have to make new lines for the new dice if that is okay :)
