Hi! So I've played for a while and have an entire hunting party & scout with 100% proficiency in their respective role and a herbalist who recently hit that as well. My suggestion is that once they hit 100% proficiency in something, each consequent action they do under that category have a heightened chance of giving a (several?) stat point(s) instead. There's already a random chance for this happening, but what if it was slightly higher when they're fully trained in their role? This would encourage training and keeping packmembers longterm! |

Support. I think it would be a nice little boost to Hunters to have a slightly higher chance of a stat once they hit 100% Proficiency in a Hunting skill. I'm fine with leaving it as just a +1, but up it to be a bit more common. |

I could see this being beneficial and a balance issue. Perhaps the stats earned should just be raised progressively instead. Truthfully,. I’m merely neutral. While it would be nice to see better stats coming in, I can also see it being a problem in the future too with older players dominating over the newer ones. |

Support! This would be really cool and help us gain them good ol' stats! I'm content with the +1 stat more often, though I'd absolutely be fine with more than one stat being rewarded, too! Maybe there's a chance for 3+ stats to be awarded every now and then, instead of every time? Either way, great suggestion! |
